| Bio: |  Character Information Name: Wanda Maximoff Age: 34 Fandom: X-Men Point In Fandom Taken From: After her children are abducted by the demon Mephisto. Alignment: Just insane. Brief History: Scarlet Witch was born on Wundagore Mountain to Magda Maximoff along with her twin brother Pietro. Their father is the infamous leader of the Brotherhood Mutants, Magneto but it wasn’t until much later in life that she and her brother discovered this. Their mother fled shortly after their birth, later having another child (their half-sister Polaris). The twins were raised by an old gypsy couple but when their mutant powers were discovered by the towns people, they were forced from their homes. They were eventually rescued by Magneto and joined the Brotherhood. Shortly after, Wanda discovered Magneto’s “evil-doings” as well as her true identity as his daughter. She left the Brotherhood and joined the Avengers. With the Avengers, the Scarlet Witch befriended both Hawkeye and Wonder Man. She fell in love with The Vision. The Vision was a highly developed android who’s brain wave patterns were based on Simon Williams (WonderMan). Pietro never approved of their romance and could not accept his sister becoming involved with a “robot.” Never the less, the two married and with the help of Wanda’s magic, she managed to creat for them two young children (boys). Vision, however, became further and further detached from his human persona. Their marriage had taken a downturn. Vision soon devised a plan to take over the global computer networks. The government intervened and were forced to shut him down. Simon, who had fallen in love with Wanda saw this as an opportunity to take the woman for himself. Unbeknownst to her, he refused to help rebuild the Vision. If losing her husband was not enough, it was revealed that her children were entities-mere shards-of a demon named Mephisto who came and abducted them from their home... No one has seen or heard from Wanda since, she has not returned to the Avengers and her sanity has greatly suffered. List of Abilities/Powers: Wanda has the ability to hex her opponent and alter their luck/probability. She has telepathic abilities as well as the power to cause the combustion of objects. She has the power of mystic and psionic energy which allows her to create illusions and objects as well as alter reality. Her magic is so strong she can create entire armies out of thin air.
